The idea was first born in 2019 out of the need to find local lingerie made in Kenya without having to buy lingerie from abroad. Most of the time, people send their friends who are traveling abroad to buy them lingerie. The idea was to offer myself and other women good lingerie made locally. I wanted lingerie to echo my lifestyle and not compromise on style.I wanted the lingerie to be fun; the type of lingerie you can wear and show.
Show under dungarees, under a vest or simply stripping at the beach because you’re too hot. Life is too short to be conscious of your boobs or the practicality of the lingerie you own.
Having worked, tweaked and re-tweaked the designs to match local production, we initiated training and production in 2021.
